Need to take the video training more than once

The video training doesn't seem to let me start any of the courses from the beginning.  I'm finding that watching each video more than once increases my learning by more than 2x.

How about a "Start from the beginning" button?  Or a "Back" button on each page that let's me go back one video at a time?
