Permission Levels - Who does what?

Account Owner: Key principles associated with your account will now become Account Owners. There will likely only be 2-3 Account Owners per Sidekick account, maybe 4. Account Owners have unlimited access to the functionality of their CampaignSidekick account, from building surveys, creating voter universes and new Admins. Think of them as Super Admins. They may add/edit/delete any level below them: Admin, Manager, Captain and Canvasser.

Admins: With our new toggle functions in Permission Levels, Account Owners will now be able to create Admins with various functions inside CampaignSidekick. These toggle functions are designed to give Account Owners tremendous flexibility in creating different levels of Admin. Admins may also create and edit new users at the Manager, Captain and Canvasser Levels. They may add/edit/delete any level below them: Manager, Captain and Canvasser.

 

Managers: Managers may create, with filters, walk lists and phone lists and assign them. They will not be able to create surveys or voter universes. They will have no Settings access. They may create and edit new teams, Captains and Canvassers. They may add/edit/delete any level below them: Captain and Canvasser.

Captains: Captains may create and edit new teams and Canvassers.  They may also assign walk and phone lists and will have access to the Activity Log. They will not be able to create walk or phone lists, surveys, voter universes and will have no access to Settings. They may add/edit/delete only Canvasser level users.

Canvassers: Canvassers are your block walkers and phone bankers. They can access the phone bank through desktop (or, a laptop) and use the Sidekick app, at will and that is it! They cannot add new users at any level.
