We currently have two call scenarios inside CampaignSidekick.
The first is a one to one call scenario (if you are in a state that prohibits mass calls to cell phones).
The second is our Power Dialer. To set it up, go to Settings.
In the second row of widgets, you will see "Power Dialer." Click on it.
Once there, you will see "Power Dialer Ratio." This is where you can set up your call ratio. Keep in mind that if you choose "1," this is your one to one call scenario.
Anything other than that, for example 1:2, 1:3, etc, means that you have now set up the Sidekick phone system to dialer 2 or 3 outbound calls per call. Things to keep in mind. Your call ratio should be contingent on three criteria.
One, how many volunteers you have calling. Two, the quality of the phone numbers in your account. Three, the time of day you and your team are calling voters.
When you have set your ratio, hit "Save." The ratio you have selected is now locked in and your callers will be able to call using it while you can track the Live Calls versus Voicemail ratio on this same screen. You can adjust the call ratio at any time.
