Few things are more frustrating than being unable to get logged in and even START your campaign work! Here are the questions you should ask when you can't login, and the way to find the right answers:
- Am I treating BOTH my username and password as case sensitive? As an extra security measure, Campaign Sidekick makes the username AND password case sensitive. If you're trying to login on mobile, make sure the auto-capitalization of your username (standard on many device types) isn't creating a problem for you.
If you're using a mobile device, and no campaigns are showing when you go to select, incorrectly entering your login information will cause this.
- Am I trying to login to the right campaign? To login to a campaign's desktop portal you need to first navigate to their campaign-specific URL. If you're trying to login via a campaign portal that you're not a user on, you will be unsuccessful.
- Did you forget your password? No sweat. It happens to all of us! On both the mobile app and desktop portal, you can get your password rest with ease. Just click the "Forgot your Password?" link and complete the required fields. You'll be sent an email and be back in the system in no time!
- Still having problems? Now is about the time to reach out to your campaign administrator. They can confirm your account status, and manually resend your username and password information to your email.
