This video walks you through configuring your campaign settings to allow automatic follow up emails for voters who have given you their email address.
1. Login to your SMTP email provider via the "SMTP Settings" widget on the Settings Page.
2. Create the email response under the "New Email Message" widget on the Settings Page.
3. Make sure that you have enabled an option for new email capture through your Canvassing Survey.
Once you've completed these steps, every time a new voter email is added via the canvassing survey, the voter will receive the customized email you've designed within Campaign Sidekick. It's a great way to create one more personal touch with voters!
