The Dashboard Goal Tracking Walklist shows the door to door canvassing activity for the Campaign.
There are three lines that display on the graph:
1. Doors Knocked
2. Doors Canvassed
3. Doors Refused
1. Doors Knocked is the total of all doors that were knocked by the campaign. If one door is knocked two or three times, that will show as three doors knocked, not one.
2. Doors Canvassed is the count of the doors that had at least one survey answered. If there are multiple surveys entered at one Door, the Doors Canvassed count will only be one. There can be more Voters Canvassed (under Campaign Team Survey Reports) than there are Doors Canvassed because of the possibility of multiple voters being canvassed at one door.
3. Doors Refused are counted in the Doors Canvassed total, but are also broken out on their own line on the graph so the campaign can have an accurate count of those voters that refused at the door.
The display for Goal Tracking Walklist shows the number of doors that the action has been taken at, not the number of voters canvassed. It is possible for there to be multiple voters canvassed at a door. If multiple voters are surveyed at the door, your number of canvassed voters will be higher than the number of Doors Canvassed shown in Goal Tracking Walklist.
If this occurs, please identify the canvasser(s) and verify that they are actually surveying the voters instead of entering what one voter said for all those in the household.
